Lee Dae Hoon: Early Life & Education
As a toddler, the Seoul native Lee started his taekwondo journey at his father’s dojang (dojo). His father, a practitioner in his own, ran a taekwondo gym which became the tiny Lee Dae Hoon’s playground.
Instead of going to kindergarten, he got his child care at his parent’s taekwondo academy. Thus he learned Taekwondo naturally, starting at the age of three or four years old.
Lee believes that running around the academy made him strengthen his physical stamina and was ahead of others at his age. In addition, through growing up with Taekwondo, his love for it grew immensely.
As both of his parents worked there in the academy (dojang), he used to run around there from first class to last class.
